Elevate Property Group are looking to recruit a Full-time Sales Co-ordinator to join their team based in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham City Centre.

Full Job Description

As a Sales Co-ordinator you will:

• Liaise with sales and lettings agents
• Create, arrange and conduct viewings across sales and lettings.
• Manage and update applicant database
• Liaise with buyers, tenants and landlords
• Generate and oversee new business leads
• Book and attend site visits / surveys / valuations / viewings
• Assist with pre-completion inspections, handovers / move-ins
• Liase with maintenance contractors and undertake do property inspections
• General office administration

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent communication skills both spoken and written
• Be self motivated and enthusiastic at all times
• Be able to work effectively within a team
• Ideally have previous property sales / lettings / management experience
• Be I.T. proficient – mail and spreadsheet
• Display high standards of service and presentation
• Have a pro-active and can do approach
• Have a full UK driving licence and own car for which mileage will be paid

Salary : £24,000 - £26,000 per year dependant upon experience
