Waterside living in the heart of vibrant city

This stunning waterside development in the heart of the vibrant Nottingham city is proving to be extremely popular with buyers.

Trent Bridge Quays, the stylish development on the banks of the River Trent, is now 80% sold with the scheme set for completion in July.

A number of two-bedroom river fronting apartments and four bedroom town houses are still available, along with the jewel in the crown of the development, the £1m penthouse.

Sales and marketing director David Hofton said: “Nottingham is buzzing at the moment, especially after Nottingham Forest sealed promotion back to the topflight of English football.

“Forest’s City Ground is just a stone’s throw from Trent Bridge Quays, as are Notts County’s home and the Trent Bridge cricket ground, so it’s the perfect location for sports fans.

“The amazing homes at Trent Bridge Quays are also within a short walk of West Bridgford and all the shops, businesses and nightlife of the city centre while being in a tranquil location which will give you plenty of space to unwind and recharge.”

David added: “We are nearing completion of the site, and the penthouse – which is a real jewel in the crown – will be finished and available for viewing at the end of June. Demand has been huge as discerning buyers seek the convenience of a city-centre new-build combined with the chilled laid-back vibe of waterside living.

“About 80 per cent of this latest release have already been snapped up, and we are expecting that the few remaining apartments and town houses will go very quickly.”

Elevate, the Midlands’ premier independent property developer, has a small selection of two-bedroom apartments available with prices starting from £350,000. The town houses start from £445,000.

All of the luxurious apartments have balconies to take advantage of the vibrant riverside, where rowers, paddleboarders and boaters make the most of the water while joggers, walkers and cyclists mingle on the wide promenade which seamlessly links the development to the river. The town houses have their own gardens in addition to balconies.

The industrial and historical heritage of the local area has heavily influenced the design and materials used at Trent Bridge Quays, and the contemporary houses and apartments are complemented by well-designed outdoor communal areas and thoughtful landscaping to create a natural flow.

The lower bills associated with energy-efficient new homes are another feature attracting buyers to the site.

David added: “Most of the homes at Trent Bridge Quays have an EPC ‘B’ rating – which means they’re more energy efficient than more than 90 per cent of homes across the rest of the country.

“In these times of rising household expenditure, the reassurance of lower bills and reduced maintenance is proving a major factor in buyers’ decision making.”
