Stunning Georgian Home On Sale For £2M

Old Heaton House has been featured in this months D.Luxe Magazine.

One of only two fine Georgian residences left in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter is ready to create a new slice of history after undergoing a meticulous restoration. Old Heaton House has been rescued from more than 100 years of neglect and has now been transformed into a beautiful five-bedroom home.

Originally built in 1823 for William Cotterill, a wealthy Birmingham merchant of high status. Over the years the house has been left in ruins and engulfed by old and rundown industrial buildings. Old Heaton House is now the centrepiece of Elevate Property Group’s regeneration of the site on Camden Street and is now on the market with a guide price of £2million.

A painstaking and sympathetic restoration has taken place to create an opulent residence with many period features harking back to the elegance of the Georgian era.
