Being involved in the property industry means we are often caught in a perfect storm when it comes to rising inflation rates.

 

The higher they go the more pressure on supply chain and material costs, borrowing to fund new developments and then, the final pain point, availability of mortgages for buyers looking to purchase.

 

Despite all of this, Elevate Property Group has continued to bring exciting new schemes to market, schemes that leave a lasting positive legacy on the cities of Birmingham, Nottingham and, more recently, Derby.
